Valentine Day Mystery

Every year a few days before Valentine's Day, the Spring Valley neighbors gather at the local community center for the Valentine's Day Ball. But this year, a few weeks before the special event, thirteen-year old Abby Douglas becomes entangled in mysterious events that are plaguing her neighbors and friends.
Someone is mailing mysterious letters to the residents of the valley, and causing neighbors to bicker and point fingers at each other. Also, Froggy's father has been having strange and frequent accidents. The curious amateur sleuth is mystified by what is happening to her peaceful community. Will she be able to find out who is sending the letters, and will Froggy's dad survive another accident?
