An Angry Season

Rachel St. Claire, a single and successful matrimonial attorney accidentally runs into the handsome, charming and rich businessman, Michael Parrish. Michael is still married but in the process of divorcing his wife of twenty-years. His soon to be ex-wife is not going to sit back and let Michael strip her of the comfortable and rich life she has been sharing with him without first trying to destroy the love affair Michael has started with Rachel.
Shortly after Rachel gets involved with Michael, a new client contacts Rachel about a divorce. Stephen Monsell is another successful business man claiming he wants to divorce his unstable and alcoholic wife. But as soon as Rachel begins representing Stephen, her nice, affluent and comfortable life begins to crumble. Rachel is not aware that Stephen Monsell happens to be Michael's brother-in-law. It's not until a shooting takes place not far from Michael's shore house that Rachel is confronted with the truth, including the deep betrayal between Michael and Stephen that caused the families to sever their relationship for many years. Once all the truths are revealed, Rachel must decide if she wants to continue being involved with Michael or simply walk away from him.
