A modern family gets swept into the dreams of their teenage girl, Julia. She's a typical teenage girl feeling overwhelmed by her life: new girl in town, boyfriend troubles, annoying parents, school stress, and just feeling ugly and socially awkward. When she falls asleep after an evening of teenage troubles, Morpheus appears to shape her dreams. He summons the Muses to weave Julia's dreams, and upon her awakening, Julia finds inspiration to face her teenage troubles.
