Being a reclusive book worm and having an above average IQ awarded Neil with the torturous attention of two school bullies. It was running from two bullies that caused Neil to duck into the local Library to hide. Stumbling upon a strangely bound book, Neil found a treasure tucked in the hollow insides: a silver pocket watch with the engraving "W H." This mysterious watch's capabilities pulled back a veil, revealing the truth about England's Ministry of Defence Guardians of Existence department and exposed Neil to the true world: one in which Earth's rich history is a constant battle ground.
