Shoestring Theories is the memoir of Michael Janflone, a former pharmacist with a drug problem. Over two decades, he descends deeper into a self-created hell, surviving numerous overdoses and finally after having a life-altering intervention from something up there, he concedes utter, hopeless defeat and begins to recover.
