But at that point, the Truth I saw was like a black ball I could roll in my hand with a wick on one end - an explosive bomb, and I felt like the clock was ticking. I didn't know what to do with it; I had to get rid of it or I knew it would explode all over me. I felt like I was meeting a version of my mother I had never known, and this vision was captivating. Breathe: That was all I could think in this moment - with my eyes closed.

There was no escape from the Truth, as in my mind's eye, a young girl's youthful gaze held me steady. The streams were two running from the young girl's eyes. My mind was racing like a wild deer through a dense forest; emotion overwhelmed me; the race, the run, this distance I wanted to put between my present and my past was surging within me as geyser pushes through the rock, the dirt and the sand to send hot steam and water breaking through the solid surface; unstoppable.

My emotion was exploding all over me.

Like an earthworm, I had dug back into the depths; back into the now muddy remains; I had dug deep; the dark had to be brought to light.
