Our culture has decided that seniority is useless. Older women tend to be marginalized. Being fat, old, or female (of any color) is sometimes even considered embarrassing. But that is not how God sees us. As we age, our culture may encourage us to withdraw, to leave things to those who are younger. But that's not what God says. We aren't done until HE says we're done. And He doesn't let weight, age, race, gender, or even disability keep us from making a difference.

This is not the time to retire, to give up, to back off. No matter what you've been told or come to believe, God is not finished with you yet. You still have something to offer and there couldn't be a better time to offer it than now! This book is about helping women of a certain age to stop living small lives. To rise up and fulfill their deepest dreams and to be everything God means for them to be. There is so much to do! It's not too late.
