What makes my book different is there are 25 pages that will help you make better decisions so to continue to eat the kinds of foods you like along with learning how to shrink your stomach, listen to your body so to stay in control of your weight and other suggestions and information that will surprise you.
My motto's:
1. Lose some weight first and then add extra movements to increase your heart rate to help keep your healthy weight if exercise is important to you.
2. Get to a healthy weight and manage that weight with food with or without exercising.
Excerpts:
1. Weight Loss Progress:
While losing weight, check your back for less fat rather than stand on a scale where the numbers can discourage weight loss progress until after losing a pants size .
2. Bounce to Release Fullness:
Overeating from a large meal can make the fullness in the stomach unbearable. If in a hurry to release the fullness, try bouncing up and down with both feet on the floor or bounce while sitting down until belching occurs. Bounce in private.
3. Food Portions:
Let's talk about eating smaller portions. What does that mean?
That means every person's stomach size is different, so the portion size will be different. When eating at home start with a smaller portion of food so to resist overeating by filling up the plate. If hunger persists, eat until the feeling of satisfaction is felt by eating more vegetables and meat, preferably white meats. When eating at a restaurant, order meals with little or no starch so to satisfy hunger without over stuffing the stomach. Starving is out.
