I-PLAN: I-MAN's Plan to Save America

This book sets forth a FOUR POINT PROGRAM aimed at rebuilding America from THE BOTTOM UP. It self-funds a way to rebuild our roads and bridges, and grows new blue-collar manufacturing jobs in all parts of America. It gives each American motorist a tax credit of up to $3.00 per gallon x 500 gallons of gasoline per year as a way to jump start the economy. It allows us to become 100% energy independent and to sell new energy exports to the Chinese at a price point cheaper than their cost to burn coal whereby we use all of our natural resources (bio-mass, coal, geo-thermal, natural gas, nuclear, petroleum, solar, and wind to make hydrogen.
