Deepwater

Deepwater was the science capitol of the world. Isolated on an island far out in the Atlantic, the city nation posed as a Utopian escape for all those focused on higher education. Angel, Lake, Jhames, and Sinna are the children of world renowned Biologist and Architech, Ames Waters. On December 16th 3494, Seafoam Tower, their father's biggest project, opened its doors to the public.
