peace: (217 poems)

'peace' is a collection of 217 poems, 7 for each of the days in January. The project represented a sort of journal for the experience, and a way to track my journey and share it with you. Each 7 poem series is an honest reflection or reaction to some topic, be it natural, conceptual, or historical. In keeping with the meditation, each poem expressed some angle or filter in which peace is either brought to light or kept in the dark, in regards to the respective topic. Easily, the most exhausting, and exhilarating undertaking in my brief writing career, 'peace' brought me closer to my purpose in juvenile existence, and brought me closer to my pursuit of poetic expression, but ultimately, 'peace' is still working in me, shaping, and pruning me to be the best i can be. It brings me great joy to share these words with you. thank you.
