The Tree Makers

Brim is part of an old, youthful-looking race called Tree Makers. Sworn to protect The Shaws - the forests of their people - Brim serves as head warden and master to his apprentice, Annie.Young, erratic, but full of seemingly endless power, Annie serves as Brim's fierce right hand who is always willing to dole out punishments.

Both wardens use their enhanced abilities and nature magic to root out evil. And for the last century they have kept the peace. Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in criminal activity. A race of thieves have been spreading evil and corruption throughout The Shaws in search of a something - or someone.

Brim stumbles across a trader with the thieves in close pursuit. The trader is tainted with the evil of the thieves. She is carrying a mysterious artifact that provokes a magic the wardens have never seen.

Will he be able to protect her and find answers to understand a magic beyond his own? Will he find the source of evil destroying his land?
