Real Niggas in Training (RNIT) is a collective work of poetry and critical opinion pieces that discuss the most disproportionately targeted species on the planet earth: The Black male. It provides a poetic and editorial scope, from one Black man's perspective, on the thinking within the Black male subculture --- dissecting and probing beneath the complex layers of Black masculinity.
