At first, I was angry that God was making us walk through this storm again. Didn't we learn the lesson last time? Why was this happening again?

But then I realized that I had a choice...I could choose to stay in the anger or I could choose to walk forward with faith. I chose to walk forward. I chose to no longer be a victim to the circumstances in my life- or the storm I found myself in. I chose to rise up and fight.

I may be taking one day at a time. I may be sad and a little disappointed that I'm once again walking through a season I thought I would never have to walk through again. But I am not a victim.

Neither are you.
