This book was written while living in my car and deciding to be happy no matter what. From this decision came the research and development of the "MMRT, Creating Happiness with Intention" and the inspiration to share this book with anyone who DECIDES to be happy and create happiness with intention.
Why a morning routine? Love, hate, compassion, anger, joy, depression, bipolar, equanimity, passion, are all states of mind, and there is no such thing as a permanent state of mind. By creating a routine practice to develop our way of "being" we are also creating our state of mind with intention to be able to always enjoy one's own state of mind.
There are two reasons I wrote this book; first to further develop my practice of creating happiness with intention, and second to share this book with anyone interested in creating happiness with intention.
