Signs of Life: A Memoir in Poems

Realisation does not give you satisfaction of solving a particular problem.
It is to question the problem making mechanism itself.
Mind seeks satisfaction through the solution of the problem.
It says, 'take me out of the problem, uneasiness'.
Can one see that this is a new problem?
And this problem raises its head every time one faces an unfavourable situation. To understand this (new) problem is to end it.
The end of it is the end of the problem making mechanism.
You can save yourself physically.
But you can not save yourself psychologically.
And apart from immediate physical security, all insecurity is psychological insecurity.
You can take action for your physical safety.
You can not take any action for your psychological safety.
Energy is dissipated when one starts taking action (thinking) for psychological safety, security.
