Trapped by Evil

She was my sister.

She was family.

She thought different, however. "She got the looks, I got the brains," she said to anyone who made the mistake of commenting on how we didn't look like sisters.

It took me a long time to realize that she saw me as something lesser, something beneath her. Rather than help the sister she saw as wanting, she turned the brains she was so proud of to things not even the fictional Dr. Frankenstein would dare to touch.
