Heart Expressions: Heart Expressions to Aid you in Exploring your Expressions

This book was conceived and born in thirty days. I had no intention of writing such a book. I was writing about how past lives affect present ones. One day, without any thought of what I was doing, I picked up a pen and notebook, and began writing. This book was the amazing result. Each of "The Expressions" flowed out of me without any effort.

Was this book channeled? I don't feel that it was. How- ever, I am very sure that I had help. Other Side help. I would pick up the pen with no idea of what I wanted to say and the words were given to me one by one.

My heart overflows with gratitude to my Spirit Friends for their wisdom and inspiration. It is so comforting to know that they are always here loving and guiding us.

The Expressions here are my truths. I KNOW them to be true. I hope that they will be true for you also. Explore them and find out. Go within your own heart and become aware of what is there.

It is my sincere wish that this book would instill a strong desire in you to learn more, feel more, read more, and study more.

There is nothing more rewarding than the walk along the spiritual path.
