Folkland and Other Works

This compilation includes four works by the philosopher D. S. Blais:

• Folkland: A Path of Happiness, a manifesto for intentional community based on a return to traditional European village life while remaining practicable in modern times.
• Hamartia of the Modern World, an analysis and criticism of three roots of the modern world with a call to arms for restoring ancient European values.
• The Mysteries of the Obvious, a wide-ranging enumeration and analysis of rarely considered historical and scientific information, followed by a prediction for the future.
• The Artist and the Philosopher, is a novel originally written in 1998 and reflects Blais' Romantic philosophy prior to the influence of more Germanic and heathen elements.
