Each day in this journal you will track your nutritional intake, fitness and meditation throughout the day. It will also take you through a series of questions to find triggers or situations that may have caused emotional eating throughout the day. You will be asked to dig deep within yourself and address underlying attachments or negative emotions towards the food that you are eating (or restricting). There are free write spaces to journal about your day and to help you further your journey out of dieting, into a more balanced way of life.
Along with daily tracking & journaling, you will experience different stages of support and growth to step beyond your diet mentality, begin living a life that is no longer ruled by your emotional attachments to or against food, and learn how to love and care for yourself first.
