Popae The "Almost Brave" Little Lisu Hunter

Popae The "Almost Brave" Little Lisu Hunter is the story of two days in the life of a Lisu Hilltribe child.  The easy to read text allows young English readers to enter Popae's world. 

Young readers will learn about the Lisu culture and about their belief system.  Though worlds apart, western children can find similarities between themselves and Popae and the Lisu tribal children of Northern Thailand.
