The Birdmaker’s Nest is the story of two blue birds, Momma and Daddy, who have lost their two baby birds. They experience the excitement of becoming parents, the sadness, deep pain, and confusion of losing their babies, and the hope that their young birds are happy and whole with the Birdmaker. Once the Birdmaker comforts and convinces them that their baby birdies are thriving their hearts are free to dream of welcoming a birdie without a momma and daddy of it’s own into their nest. We are left filled with peace for today and a future full of possibility.
