When private eye Pamela Andrews and her daughter, Anna, are chosen to investigate a high-profile case concerning the whereabouts of a missing girl, they wonder why. They’re hardly household names and no one really expects them to succeed. Then the penny drops—they’ve just been cast as headline-grabbing eye-candy.
