The Killing of Jericho Slade

When Jericho Slade, the 5-year-old son of Senator Morton J. Slade is killed in Dodge City, someone's neck is bound to get stretched. The ex-convict, Billy Flint, makes a likely suspect but when Born Gallant blunders into Dodge City and sees the innocence on the accused face, he reacts in his usual eccentric manner, snatching young Billy Flint from certain death. Reunited with old friends, Gallant sets out to hunt down Slade's real killer but, in order to expose the truth of the murdered boy, Gallant must learn that being the hero does not always mean doing the right thing.
