Partnering in the Social Housing Sector: A Handbook

This handbook has been produced by the European Construction Institute (ECI) to provide the social housing sector with a step-by-step guide to implementing partnering agreements on both additions to, and refurbishment of, their housing stock. It is especially timely as it coincides with the introduction of the Government's Best Value requirements, necessitating continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness and economy for local authorities.
