It starts in the sixties and roars into the seventies. Across the Western world, a generation strangled by their parents' outdated values and political hypocrisy, reject the postwar affluence and take to the highways. In search of freedom and truth, the hippie generation is on the move. Disillusioned by Vietnam, Ken leaves the Army and takes to the highways, the seas, and the lure of Mediterranean shores. Starting in Turkey, he explores Greece, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and then Morocco, indulging in all that Europe has to offer.
