The Best of General Falta de Respeto

The humor and wise words of General Falta de Respeto [Spanish for general lack of respect], a legend in his own mind. The prophetic words on his tombstone will echo through time, “I told you I didn’t feel good.” General Falta de Respeto was an irritable old man who rented a room in the back of our house. He claimed to have fought in the Spanish-American War but he never told me what side he fought for. He usually disagreed with everybody, so I’m sure he could have fought against everybody in the Spanish-American War. He turned up missing in April of 2011, and he is presumed dead.
