365 Days of Ultrarunning

Matt Bednorz grew up as an athlete in high school and then played football in college, but it was the love of running that drew him to the sport of ultrarunning. He ran his first marathon in 1995 in Chicago. His first attempt at an ultra-marathon was in the spring of 2006, where he completed 71 miles in the Boulder 24 Hour Race. The second ultra was the Collegiate Peaks 50 Mile in the spring of 2010 which got him hooked. Follow him through a year of ultraruuning with the highs and lows that come with the sport.
