Lifecell

The haunting memory of an innocent executed for murder drives Warden Ken Bailly to establish Lifecell, a virtual death sentence for murderers, with a remote pathway to freedom if they are later found innocent. Guarding that pathway is Lifecell Advocate Judy Straiker. She discovers that Toni Amanti, a contract killer in Lifecell, may hold information exonerating businessman Steve Quinn, imprisoned for the shooting death of a private investment banker. She must convince the President, the judges and Warden Bailly to bend the Lifecell rules so she can extricate the evidence to free Quinn. Jack Kelly, a serial rapist-killer, has no freedom pathway.
