The Pageant Unveiled

As a child, Kathy Neuhardt Whitford is fascinated with the pageantry of church. As a wife and mother, she struggles to discern God's will for her life and eventually is ordained as a Lutheran pastor at age forty-four. Her non-religious husband Tony strongly opposes his wife's career, but Kathy happily begins her first pastorate working with senior pastor Paul Mueller. Their closeness soon plunges Kathy and Paul into a cycle of passion and deceit and leads Kathy to a search for redemption.
