Growing up at Pawleys Island, South Carolina, Laurel's life has been shaped by her love for this fragile ocean ecosystem. Returning home after her freshman year of college, Laurel begins the adventure of a lifetime. When she finds out that she can communicate with a female dolphin, she knows what she has to do.
