Good Disagreement?: Grace and truth in a divided church

There are a whole range of issues currently troubling the Church of England, from gay marriage via women bishops to how much it should speak out on social justice. Can the Anglican Communion worldwide find ways of disagreeing profoundly on these and other concerns, without splitting off from each other? Is it inevitable that it becomes a collection of warring tribes?
