About The Author
Ryuho Okawa was born in Japan on July 7, 1956 and attained Enlightenment on March 23, 1981. Leaving behind a career on Wall Street, in 1986 he founded Kofuku-no Kagaku—The Institute for Research in Human Happiness—which is now one of the most influential religious organizations in Japan. He has written more than 300 books, of which ten have sold more than 1 million copies each.
