In this classic study, sociologist Komarovsky (formerly of Barnard College) considers the effects of feminism on the lives of young men. Focusing on the experiences of seniors attending Columbia College between 1969 and 1970, her analysis reveals how unsettling the academic and career advancement of women was for men raised in traditional homes.
