Locked in A Violent Embrace: Understanding and Intervening in Domestic Violence

Closely examines the lives of those directly affected by domestic violence and outlines guidelines for intervention, drawing on data from 12 years of qualitative studies and clinical practice, and focusing on couples who remain together in spite of the violence in their relationships.
