Learning to Lead Together: The Promise and Challenge of Sharing Leadership

This volume presents single and multiple case studies of elementary, middle, and high schools illustrating the dilemmas that principals face in engaging teachers and others in the school community in shared leadership. The cases are followed by descriptions of three approaches to enhancing the abilities of current and future teachers and administrators to lead collaboratively.
