Pastoral Letters and The Letter to the Hebrews: 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus, Hebrews

The Pastoral Letters stress the emerging roles of spiritual leadership in Church matters and address the establishment of a structure needed to deal with the growing numbers of people joining the Church. When these letters were written, the Church had moved from a concept of a united group of local assemblies to a more universal concept of Church.
