Before his untimely death in 1995, Dr. Jedruch prepared this new edition of the work first published in 1982, which brings Polish constitutional history through the momentous events of 1989 up to 1993, when the new constitution was in the early stages of ratification. Dr. Jedruch has also added new material, corrections and updates to many earlier sections of the book.
