Aesthetics in the Constructed Environment

This collection contains 140 papers on the creative integration of aesthetics, water, and human needs into the planning and development of engineered projects. Special attention is given to watershed management in a sensitive environment and to engineering and water management issues posed by the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreements.
