Pipelines 2009: Infrastructure's Hidden Assets

This proceedings contains papers presented at ASCE Pipeline Division's International Conference held in San Diego, California from August 15 to 19, 2009. The theme of this conference, Infrastructure's Hidden Assets, is a comment on sustainable infrastructure-with an emphasis on managing existing assets and examining advances in pipeline rehabilitation, risk management, safety, and pipeline engineering and construction.
