NIKKI MOUSTAKI is an avian care and behavior consultant and has authored seventeen books on birds and bird behavior. She has written for many national magazines and has been featured on television and radio shows. Nikki lives in New York City with an African Grey parrot, a Meyer's parrot, lovebirds, and two schnauzers.
