Business of Higher Education: A Study of Public-Private Partnerships in the Provision of Higher Education in South Africa

Focusing on how public–private partnerships arose in higher education in South Africa, this analysis examines the roles of partner institutions and the impact of these partnerships on seven public and eight private institutions between 2002 and 2003.
