Shoshanna Ebersole, her mother, and her sister have just escaped a hippie commune run by her manipulative father, Adam. Being on the run is liberating. Shoshanna, Ella, and Mara are finally free from Adam's grip. But Adam's never far behind. "He has radar" as Ella would say.
