Implementation of the DoD Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan: A Framework for Change Through Accountability

Provides a framework that the Department of Defense (DoD) can use to organize the strategic initiatives outlined in its 2012 Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan.
