William Babcock Hazen: The Best Hated Man

Over the course of his long military career, William Babcock Hazen (1830-1887) became known for exposing corruption wherever he found it. Beginning with George Armstrong Custer (whom he arrested while at West Point) Hazen acquired many enemies along the way.
