Usability Testing For Library Websites

Written to help library professionals evaluate their library's Web resources, this pamphlet offers guidance on measuring the ease of navigating and using the site, its appeal to users, and its effectiveness in providing the desired information. It also offers advice on testing the site, revising it as necessary, and controlling costs. Norlin is a librarian with the University of Arizona in Tucson.
