The Hazards symposia, organized by the IChemE's North Western Branch, have been held every two to three years since 1960. With support from major UK, European and US safety organizations, the fifteenth in the series brings together academic, industrial and regulatory experts and practitioners to address the theme 'The process, its safety, and the environment - getting it right'.
