Nurse Prescribers' Formulary 2011-2013: for Community Practitioners

The Nurse Prescribers' Formulary for Community Practitioners (NPF) is designed for use by nurse prescribers such as District Nurses or Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (including Health Visitors) who have completed the nurse prescribers training scheme. The NPF provides an overview of some common conditions together with details of the medicines that may be prescribed by Community Practitioner Nurse Prescribers for patients receiving NHS treatment. Issued every two years, this work is designed for use with the BNF (British National Formulary).
