Every Child Matters and the Concept of Education

This Viewpoint discusses the implications of Every Child Matters—the British government’s new children’s agenda—for the concept of education. It explores the concept of education in its broadest sense, and the implications of adopting this concept for schools, the workforce, the curriculum and other areas.
