Leadership of Learning in Early Years and Practice: A Professional Learning Resource

This professional learning resource and accompanying DVD provides a new "Reflective Framework for Thinking and Learning" for those leading and working with children, parents, and practitioners. It will support practitioners to reflect upon leadership of learning in early years and practice, review their own leadership style and to consider areas for development. The DVD provides examples of current professional leadership practice in a variety of early years settings.
